A mi me duele la cabeza....that's my favorite thing to say in Spanish. (and yes, I am pretty sure that is a real favorite and not just a...oh well yea it's my favorite-right now at least- or anything...)
It means: My head hurts real bad.

As I just wrote on the original comment page on which the nickname appeared, my little sister called me "A-Dizzle" as my rap star name! (and you all know that I'm a great rapper). haha P.S. Sarah, I'm beginning to think that "a mi me duele la cabeza" is the *only* thing you can say in espanol...
